Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Appointments

At Ellory Health, we value your time and the time of our medical staff. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment (including IV Drip Therapy, Medical Weight Loss Consultations, or Nutritional Coaching), we require notification at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.

Refund Policy for Medical Services

Due to the nature of medical care and clinical services, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Consultations & Office Visits: Professional services rendered by our medical staff are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • IV Drip Therapy & Injections: Services that have been administered are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Prescription Medications

To comply with state and federal pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed or shipped.

  • If you believe there has been an error with your prescription fulfillment, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
  • We cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale under any circumstances.

Programs and Packages

If you have purchased a multi-session package or program:

  • Refunds for unused portions of a package are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative processing fee.
  • Services already rendered within a package will be deducted at their full single-session rate from any potential refund amount.
